Activities in which you will be involved:
- First level technical support on software products
- Customer support on product operation and use
- Understanding and diagnosis of the problems encountered, providing potential suggestions for an initial solution
- Managing support tickets lifecycle, providing customers with feedbacks
- Technical training and demos for customers
- Meetings with the technical team and management
Which skills are required?
- Experience in technical support activities on software products
- Strong problem solving orientation
- Attitude to listening and proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills in:
- Remote support
- SQL and databases in general
- Reading and interpretation of application logs
