The purpose of this document is to describe the user’s data management practice of this Website. This statement is made under the articles 13 and 14 of the EU regulation 2016/679. By visiting this website, the user implicitly accepts the practices described in the Privacy statement.

2.Regulation and purpose of processing personal data

The processing linked to the site’s service take place in the controller locations and are managed by the technical personnel charged with the processing or those charged with occasional maintenance operations. No data generated by those services is communicated or diffused. Personal data are treated with automatic instruments only for the necessary period to fulfill the purpose they have been gathered for. Specific security measures, in compliance with the art. 32 of the EU regulation 2016/679 and the Italian regulation on privacy, have been adopted to prevent the loss or leak of data, same for illicit or incorrect use or non-authorized access.


3. Data Processed

a) Navigation Data

The informatics systems that run this site acquire, in their normal routine, some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. These are all those information that are not collected to be associated to interested identified, but that could allow, for their very same nature, the identification of users.

This category includes:

  • IP addresses and domain name used by the users of the site
  • URI notation addressed of the resources requested, the methods used in querying the server, the dimension of the file obtained as answer, the code number indicating the state of the answer given by the server (error, etc…), other parameters relative to the operating system and to the informatics environment of the user.

These data are use only to gather statistical anonymous information over the site usage and to check the proper functioning and are deleted immediately after the elaboration.


b) Data voluntarily provided by the user

The facultative, voluntarily sending of e-mail through this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender address, which needed to answer to the requests, and of other eventual personal data such as the ones written in CVs or in the contact modules.


c) Registration Data

Data provided using contacts modules will be used only to allow the access to the service. Moreover they will be treated just for the purposes that are connected or functional to that service.


d) Cookies

No user personal data is acquired purposely by the website.
No cookie is used for the transmission of personal information, neither this site used any  persistent cookies or namely user tracking systems.


4. Optional nature of data providing

Users are always free to provide personal data, set out in the request modules to enjoy some of the services provided by the website, which have optional nature. Anyways, the lack of data provision can cause the impossibility of fulfilling the requested service.

The data protection officer is obliged to inform and provide consultancy to the treatment controller and to the employees that treat data regarding the obligation descending from the regulation and from its normative.

The DPO monitors the respect of the regulation, the applicable privacy laws and the procedure adopted by the treatment controller. The DPO cooperates with the privacy authority.


6. Subject Right

In every moment, the subject can exercise his/her right towards the owner and the controller of the treatment, in compliance with the art. 15 that states: “The subject can request to the controller of the treatment the access to his/her personal data, the modification and the cancellation of these data or the limitation of the treatment. Moreover, the subject can exercise the right to oppose to data treatment and the right to their portability”.


7. Procedure to exercise the subject rights

The subject right exercise can be carried out anytime by sending a request to or by ordinary mail to Prassel addresses.
